Having worked as a funeral director for many years, Quentin has supported families through some of the most difficult days of their lives.
That experience has given him a real understanding of how important a funeral can be. Every person is different, every family is different, and there is no single right way to say goodbye.
Quentin works with families and funeral directors across Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, East Molesey, Hampton Hill and the surrounding areas of south-west London and Surrey. If you are unsure whether he covers your area, please get in touch - he is always happy to discuss what you need.
Quentin trained as a funeral celebrant with the Academy of Professional Celebrants (APC) because he wanted to offer families greater choice and the opportunity to create a ceremony that feels personal to the person they have lost.
For some families that might include familiar traditions, prayers or a spiritual element. For others, the ceremony may be entirely non-religious. It might include favourite music, stories, readings, moments of reflection and, where it feels right, laughter too.
Quentin's role is to listen, to understand what matters to you, and to bring those different elements together into a ceremony that feels fitting and sincere.
At a difficult time, you should feel confident that the person leading the funeral understands what you want and will treat both you and your loved one with care and respect.
